DB grants one weeks time to file status report

Jammu, Dec 6: Today a Division Bench of the J&K High Court comprising its Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Sanjay Dhar in a significant order, granted one weeks' time to AAGs Raman Sharma and Aseem Sawhney to file the latest status report as per the directions of this Court contained in the various orders including the last effective order dated December 28, 2020.
It is worthwhile to mention here that earlier Division Bench had directed the General Administration Department (GAD) of J&K Government to file a special report before the next date of hearing indicating the action initiated against the members of the All India Services against whom the corruption cases have been registered.
