Two drug peddler arrested by Akhnoor Police

JAMMU, Jan 20: Akhnoor Police under supervision of SHO Hilal Azhar arrested two drug peddlers today. Police party of Police Station Akhnoor led by PSI Manoj Kumar EXJ/196292 during Naka checking at old bridge Akhnoor District Jammu intercepted one motor cycle without number where in two persons namely Jasir Ali Khan s/o Manzoor Khan r/o Sarote Tehsil Mathwar District Jammu and Abdul Satar s/o Qasim Din r/o Dhanu Tehsil Mathwar District Jammu for checking. During checking 28 grams of challi/Charas has been recovered from them. Both the said accused have been arrested on spot. In this regard case FIR No. 11/2022 U/s 08/20/29 NDPS Act is registered in PS Akhnoor.
Arrest and recovery was made under the guidance of Varun Jandial, SDPO Akhnoor and Sanjay Sharma, SP Rural.
