DIPR organises cultural program at Moungri

UDHAMPUR, May 15: Cultural Wing of Departm-ent of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) organised a cultural program on the day two of three day Shiv Parvati Mela at Moungri.
Artists of DIPR Cultural Wing Jammu and District Information Centre Udha-mpur, Mohinder Kumar, Balbir Singh, Amit Kumar and Rakesh Kumar presented a scintillating musical programme, which was highly appreciated by the audience.
