District Admin teams conduct surprise inspection of Govt institutions in Rajouri

RAJOURI, May 19: To enforce punctuality and discipline in the government institutions, the teams of the District Administration today conducted surprise inspection of a number of government institutions across the district.
The inspection was carried out on the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal in Rajouri and Koteranka subdivision. The district Administration Rajouri is conducting surprise inspections periodically to ensure punctuality and maintain work culture in the office for smooth delivery of
public services.
The institutions inspe-cted during the surprise visit included GPS Dhans-habad Kheora, GMS Kheo-ra, stationery depot, KVIB office, RMD SICOP office, CAO office and Commerce and Industries office, while in Koteranka, the institutions inspected included Middle School Jaglanoo, Middle School Draj and GHS Samote.
While interacting with the students in schools, the ADC Koteranka, Surinder Mohan Sharma and ACR, Imran Rashid Kataria inquired about the facilities being provided to them and advised them to dream big & work hard to achieve the desired goals of their lives.
During inspection of the offices, they also asked the officers and officials to ensure that quality services are provided to the general public so that they don't face any inconveniences.
The inspecting teams also made it clear that such inspections would be carried out on a regular basis and warned the officials of strict action as per norms in case of any laxity.
