2 days training programme on ‘Karmayogi Policepersons”

Udhampur, May 23: 2 days training programme on "Karmayogi Police- custodians of society" which commenced in the Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur on 21.05.2022 concluded today.
Mission Karmayogi is the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building which aims to create a competent civil service rooted in Indian ethos, with a shared understanding of India's priorities, working in harmonisation for effective and efficient public service delivery. The idea behind the scheme is to bring about a change in attitude and skill set of government employees.
30 probationer trainee officers have been trained in eight modules as per the workbook provided by the Capacity Building Commission. This is the second such course which is organized in the Academy. In his valedictory address Sh. Suraj Singh, Dy.SP, Asstt. Director (Trg./R&D) has laid emphasis to inculcate 'Seva Bhav' in dealing with general public. The more we become Karmayogi Policepersons, the more our Seva Shakti will manifest itself, the more positive impact we can make on society. A very positive response has been received from the participating officers and seemed confident to serve the society in a better way. The course was conducted by the Master trainer Sh. Suraj Singh, Asstt. Director (Trg./R&D).
