First time voters must register themselves in electoral process: Chopra

JAMMU, Sep 25: Chair-man Samvedna Society Keshav Chopra today sitted with BLO'S (Booth Level Officers) of Jammu West at agriculture office Talab Tillo in which Several Locals visited to submit their forms to participate in Electoral Process.
During this course of action several people submitted their forms for corrections in Voter List or updation of Adhaar number in Voter Card, Many youths who have crossed the age of 18 years also submitted their forms to enroll their name in voter list so that they can caste their vote in upcoming assembly elecions. The people of Talab Tillo participated in this excercise in large numbers and took the advantage given by the Election Com-mission. Keshav also Subm-itted several forms of new voter registration, Adhaar updation, correction of name, age in Voter cards to respected BLO's.
Speaking on the occassion Keshav chopra than-ked the Election Commis-sion, Jammu and Kashmir Administration & especially the Booth level officers for conducting these camps for the welfare of People, Keshav also requested the locals to participate & took advantage of the camps.
Election Commission will continue organise the camp on next Saturday and Sunday too so those People who could not visit the camp place this weekend due to some Issues they can visit on Next Weekend also Keshav further added, Keshav Chopra Also Requested the Election Commission to Continue organise these voter awareness camps in future also so that people can take maximum advantage of these camps.
