Lt Governor extends Navratri greetings

SRINAGAR, Sep 25: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has extended his warm greetings on the eve of Navratri.
In a message, the Lt Governor said the nine-day festivities remind us of the eternal message of victory of good over evil and mark the hope of a bright future.
