Rupali Suri combines Kathak and Pole Dance Regimen to Stay Fit!

Dance is her life. Whether it be kathak or pole dance, actor and Miss India Tourism Rupali Suri is at her agile best.
The actress makes it her routine to train in Kathak as well as like dance besides her gym regularly.
"Kathak is for the soul food and Pole Dance is for the body fitness," says Rupali Suri whose film Organic Dosti With Vikram Gokhale has just won the Best Film Award at the 17th Mumbai International Film Festival besides winning accolades while travelling the globe over.
Rupali makes it a point to take time off her films, her Make Earth Green Again MEGA Foundation Environment Green Ambassador commitments of tree plantation and green footprint endeavors, to ensure that she does not miss her Kathak Riyaz or her pole dance classes.
Both are so diametrically different, one wonders.
"It is only a matter of thought," explains Rupali. "Each dance form has its own place in your workout regime.
Once you get used to it, you will see visible changes in your strength, stamina and fitness levels and you will enjoy it.
At such times like Covid, these are workouts for the soul.
They increase your lung power. I would never trade one for the other." Touche!
