ACS reviews status of Agriculture Apex Monitoring Dashboard
Exhorts developers, officers to work in ‘Mission Mode’ for timely achievement

JAMMU, Feb 1: Additi-onal Chief Secretary (ACS), Agriculture Production Department (APD), Atal Dulloo, today chaired a meeting to review progress on Agriculture Apex Monitoring Dashboard for Agriculture-allied projects.
Enumerating benefits of the dashboard, Dulloo exhorted upon the developers and the departments to work in a 'Mission Mode' so that the module would be dedicated timely to the targeted beneficiaries associated with farming and other agriculture-allied sector activities. ACS set timelines for developing the online reporting, monitoring and analysis dashboard for projects which were already cleared by the Apex Comm-ittee. He said that the Agric-ulture Production Depart-ment is mulling to develop a skill plan under which Learning Management System (LMS) and offline courses would be important elements. Earlier, a presentation was delivered wherein the progress on the Dashboard was given.
Dulloo asked the concerned heads of the departments to clear all the queries flagged by the developers so that remaining projects would be finished in given timelines. He also suggested that the dashboard should be linked with banks as the interface with banks is must so that the beneficiary would know the status of his pending application of loan or any other purpose. He reiterated that the monitoring dashboard would be one among the several unprecedented interventions of the government towards transforming agriculture and allied sectors in J&K and these 29 projects are a part of that initiative.
