9 injured in road mishaps

Srinagar, 01 September: Nine persons were injured in different road accidents across the valley. A motorcycle bearing registration number JK03/8638 collided with Tata 407 vehicle bearing registration number JK01F/3610 at Halmulla in the jurisdiction of police station Bijbehara Anantnag, resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist Syed Altaf and pillion Syed Aadil residents of Magam Kokernag. Both the injured persons have been shifted to Hospital for treatment. Bijbehara police has registered a case in this regard. Meanwhile, an Eon car met with an accident at Wussan crossing Tangmarg resulting in injuries to two persons including the driver of the car. Both the injured were shifted to Sub District hospital for treatment. Baramulla police has registered a case in this regard. In another accident, five persons were injured when truck bearing registration number JK01A/2388 and a Maruti van Bearing registration number 8152/ JK03C meet with an accident on NHW near Lasjan bridge. All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment. Srinagar police has registered a case in this regard.
