DB grants three weeks time for filling response to status report

Jammu: In a Public Interest Litigation filed by Farooq Khan Retired IGP turned Politician seeking direction to State to provide adequate medi-care, food and lodging to the displaced persons because of recent Pakistan firing at International Border at R S Pura sector, A Division Bench of state High court Comprising Justice Virender Singh and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur after hearing Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi with Adv Ankesh Chandel for the PIL whereas Sr. AAG Gagan Basotra for the state observed that detail status report has been filed by the State but response has not been filed by the counsel and granted three weeks' time to counsel for filling response to the status report filed by the State.
