DB issues notice to MD Police Housing DB directives in PIL regarding Construction of District Court complex Samba

Jammu: In a PIL filed by one Ganesh Sharma seeking construction of District Court Complex in Samba, A Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N. Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur impleaded Managing Director, J&K Police Housing Corporation, Jammu as party respondent and issued notice to Managing Director, J&K Police Housing Corporation, Jammu returnable within two weeks.
