J&K HCBA Jammu suspends work in courts on Feb 27,28 due to Swine Flu

Jammu: The J&K High Court Bar Association Jammu has suspended worked on February 27 and 28, 2015 due Swine Flu scare and as a mark of protest against the lack approach of state govt.
A notice of the Bar reads as follows. It is the information of all the worthy members of J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu that against the inaction and lackadaisical approach of the state govt, in addressing to situation arising because of "Swine-Flu" (H1N1) and in protest of misconduct/misbehavior by Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal, Jammu with Sh. K.S. Puri (Advocate), Senior member of the Association in particular and other member in general, the J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu has decided to suspend its work in all the Courts on 27-02-2015 and 28-02-2015 (Friday and Saturday). All the members are informed accordingly.
