Dulat trying to resurrect Farooq Abdullah: PDP

SRINAGAR, July 3: Jammu and Kashmir minister and senior PDP leader Naeem Akhtar today trashed claims made by former RAW chief A S Dulat saying his only agenda was to protect the family of National Conference president Farooq Abdullah.
"His (Dulat's) only agenda is protection of Abdullah family. It only establishes once again that the protective arm of agencies is always keen to hold them even if people reject them," Akhtar told PTI.
He said the entire interview given by the former spy to a TV news channel seemed to be focused on resurrecting Abdullah's image.
"The whole interview is focused on the sole aim of resurrecting Abdullahs some how. And Abdullahs surely need such lifelines," he added.
