Gauti all set to mark his big Bollywood debut!

Gautam Gualti became a popular, well-liked household name with his daily soaps running on Indian television for the past 7 years. However, the young lad rose to all new level of fame with his stint in the infamous Big Boss House (Season 8). Being crowned the winner of Big Boss Season 8 not only made him a nation- wide rage across India, but his charming personality, good looks and sense of wittiness lead him being tagged as a heart-throb!
Gautam Gulati seemed to be the complete package on the show. He had the requisite 'X factor' which appealed to the audience. The actor was always conscious about his appearance on the show and frequently flaunted his sculpted physique. Apart from being the most good looking on the show, he had all the makings to be the winner and he most certainly took the coveted trophy home. His journey in the big boss house was not a piece of cake. It was an exceptional adventure for him with plenty of ups and downs but a journey that he will surely cherish for the rest of his life. It was evident that he wanted to be in the game but not on the basis of sympathy votes and this was perhaps what worked for him. His 'X' factor took him a long way and he emerged the WINNER!
Gautam, though entered the house as an underdog, braved some cornering, provoking and 11 nominations in total. Gautam always tried to give a lot of drama to the show by doing anything and everything to compete with others and be a part of the show till the end. Many people started loving Gautam because of this reason and he made a lot of fans in this process. The audience started to love him to the core, a proof of which is the fact that he had survived so many evictions and stayed till the end.
Pages were dedicated to him on social-networking sites and he had numerous followers there who seemed to be ardent fans of the actor. He had been trending on the internet for the entire season. The anthem 'We love Gauti,' that he introduced during his captainship task, was picked up by many fans and is still remembered by all today.
Before winning big boss Gautam worked in the television industry for 7 years. He acted in the queen of soaps Ekta Kapoor's soap operas like Kasam Se and the critically acclaimed family drama Diya aur Baati Hum. Having an experience and knowledge in acting his talent came to the forefront and he was recognized for his strong, versatile performance which gave him the opportunity to showcase his acting ability on the big screen.
Additionally, Gautam has acted in an International Film titled as "Siddhartha - The Buddha" directed by Chandran Ratnam. The movie was based on the life of Buddha and was screened in two languages i.e. English and Sri Lankan language and was released in the SAARC countries. It came out to be one of the biggest box office hits in Sri Lanka and added to Gautam's fan base across the countries as well.
Apart from this, Gautam has acted in the short film "Darpok" which was directed by Mr. Rakesh Mehta and was screened at the Cannes International Film Festival's short film corner in the year 2014.
The stars are shining in favour of Gautam and post emerging the winner of Big Boss Season 8, he has been in popular demand among all movie directors and has been offered a large number of films.
Gautam has currently bagged his first Bollywood project marking his big Bollywood debut with Ekta Kapoor's film "Azhar" based on the life of Mohammed Azharuddin where he will be playing the role of Ravi Shastri, whose friendship was an integral part of Mohammed Azharuddin's cricketing life. This project is surely only the beginning of Gautam Gulati's illustrious Bollywood journey!
