SC collegium approves appointment of Justice Arvind Kumar Verma as permanent Chhattisgarh HC judge

NEW DELHI, Dec 2: The Supreme Court collegium on Tuesday approved the proposal for the appointment of Justice Arvind Kumar as a permanent judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court.
The decision was taken by the collegium headed by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant.
Justice Verma was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court on January 23, 2024.
