NCC training camp for cadets of held

Jammu, June 20: 2 J&K Battalion NCC, Jammu organised a Training Camp at NCC Camping Ground Nagrota for NCC cadets of Jammu Division.
The Camp started on 13 June 2017 for 10 days.
The camp is to instil confidence and imbibe qualities of leadership in cadets by exposing them to various camp activities.
The training also includes the preparation of cadets for 'B' and 'C' certificate examination and preparation of shooting team of J&K Directorate for Inter Directorate Shooting Championship.
A total No of 500 Combined Junior & Senior Division cadet participated in the training.
The Instructional staff includes Col Karam Din, Commanding Officer 2 J&K Battalion NCC, Lt Col Sanat Kabi, Adm Officer, 09 Associate NCC officer and Platoon staff of the Battalion.
The training also includes the career counselling and lecture for imminent personalities of various departments which includes Civil Defence, Narcotics, Environment conservation, enrolment in Army by Army Recruiting Director, Jammu.
