PMC constitutes new body

JAMMU, Aug 12: A General Body meeting of Paryas Multipurpose co-operative Ltd. held under the President ship of M.L. Gupta. The programme held at conference Hall, Press Club, Jammu on 12-8-2017 at 11:00 am. In the meeting the Balance Sheet of 2016-2017 was thoroughly discussed. The members collectively took a decision to work hard for the enhancement of membership and share capital so that the file should move for co-operative Bank Permission.
Further in the meeting a new team of Paryas has been constituted and an impressive farewell was given to the outgoing Chairman and Founder member of Paryas S. Bikram Singh. The new team constituted under the President ship of M.L. Gupta, Dr. Jaswant Singh and S. Bikram Singh is as under: Dharshan Lal Chowdery-Chairman, Koshal Kumar-Vice-Chairman, Mrs. Suman Kapil- Secretary, S.K. Jain- Member, M.L. Chohan -Member, Secretary -Member, Sehdev Singh-member.
The Body passed the induction of two new Directors naively Mr. Parnish Mahajan and Mr. Punit Mahajan by replacing Mr. Krishan Lal Aggarwal and S. Balwinder Singh. All the other directors shall remain as it is.
Further again stress is laid to the increase of membership and it has been declared that every Director has to give at least 25 (Twenty Five) new members to the society in the year 2017-2018.
It has been passed by the majority of the members present in the house. The programme was conducted by S.K. Jain and Vote of thanks was presented by Mrs. Sarla Kohli.
