DC Poonch visits District hospital
Hands over Rs 40000 to the accident victims

POONCH, Apr 16: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Mohd Ajaz Asad visited district hospital Poonch and enquired about the health conditions of injured who met with two separate accidents at Guntaria and at Khanetar. During his visit to district hospital Poonch, DC went to all the injured persons, talked to them and raised their spirits by sympathizing with family members /attendants. DC directed the district hospital authorities to take care of the injured persons and ensure free medicine, surgical equipments and other necessary treatment including blood, if required.
While talking to the family members of the injured DC assured that every possible help would be extended to them from district administration for their early recovery. He also paid tributes to the one who lost his life in accident happened in Guntrian namely Shoib Ahamad S/O Mohammed Bashir resident of Salani Mendhar. DC said that required steps shall be taken at different levels to control such accidents. Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner handed over a relief of an amount of Rs 40000 to the victims.
