Law Deptt issues revised interview schedule for appointment of Public Notary

JAMMU, Apr 18: Government today ordered that the certificates of practice as Notary issued in favour of Advocate Surjeet Singh and Advocate Ghulam Qadir Rather, for territorial jurisdiction of Municipal limits of Jammu city and for territorial jurisdiction of District Court Budgam respectively are put under suspension with immediate effect.
However, in a communique issued by Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary affairs all concerned are informed that the interview for the appointment of Notary Public Jammu Division postponed on 16 April shall now be held on 23 April 2018 at 10.30 AM in Room No. 09 Ground Floor Civil Secretariat, Jammu.
