JD Education reviews functioning of schools

JAMMU, Apr 18: Joint Director Education, Charandeep Singh today conducted an extensive tour of various educational institutions including primary schools and inspected the infrastructural and allied facilities such as Teaching Learning Material (TLM), educational toys, desks and sports material
provided to the students.
He was accompanied by Chief Education Officer (CEO), Jammu besides officials from Directorate of Education.
Joint Director visited Primary School, Sainik Colony and middle school, Langer and took stock of their functioning and also interacted with the students there. He stressed upon the staff to ensure quality education to the students. He said that requisite steps are underway to provide adequate infrastructure in schools to ensure that maximum students take benefits of these classes which are being built at par with any other private institution in the state.
Joint Director directed the head of Middle School, Langer to ensure proper maintenance of record and submit a report to the office of CEO regarding the same.
