Ishaq lifts 3rd Kadmal-Kandua Dangal Title

Katra, Jun 21: Wrestler Ishaq Ahmed (Lallu) of J&K Police defeated Aman of Ludhiana in Punjab and lifted 2nd Kadmal-Kandua Dangal Title 2018.
The Dangal was organized by Kandua Dangal Committee in collaboration with J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association at village Kadmal in Katra Tehsil Reasi and District Reasi.
Dangal was witnessed by a large gathering from Katra and surrounding villages. 53 bouts were played in the one day long Dangal and an amount of Rs 1, 75,000/- was distributed in the shape of cash prizes among the winners and runners-up Wrestlers.
The winner of first malli bout Wrestler Ishaq Ahmed (lallu) was awarded with a cash prize of Rs 12,000/- by Joint Secretary J&K State Sports Council, Shiv Kumar Sharma, Social Activists Surinder Kumar and President Kandua Dangal Committee Rakesh Kumar (Kaka), Naresh Kumar (Pappu Lakri) and runner-up Wrestler Aman got Rs 9,000/- by Secretary Kandua Dangal Commi-ttee Ashok Kumar.
Social Activists and Wrestling Promoter Surinder Kumar was the chief guest on the occasion who distributed cash prizes among the Wrestlers. Joint Secretary J&K State Sports Council Shiv Kumar Sharma who is also Treasurer Indian Style Wrestling Associ-ation of India and Presidnt J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association presided over the function.
General Secretary District Reasi Indian Style Wrestling Association Naresh Kumar (Pappu Lakri), Hotelier Mohan Lal Sharma, Former Sarpanch Onkar Singh and Rattan Singh were the guests of honour.
2nd main bout ended in a draw which was fought between Wrestler Nisar of J&K Police resident of Doda V/S Sonu of Sirsa (H.R). 3rd bout was won by Roshan Lal Sharma of Muthi who defeated Arjun of Sirsa and 4th bout was won by Babba of Kot Bhawal Jammu who defeated Amir Khan of Nargada.
