Army organises Inter Tehsil cross country competition

JAMMU, OCT 22:Army organised a Cross Country competition at Jhullas in Poonch district aimed to develop sportsman and competitive spirit among youth.
The spirit of sportsmanship is an essential ingredient for character building of the youth. Around 80 runners from four tehsils of Poonch district Mandi, Mendhar, Haveli and Surankote competing for 12 Kms run from Sher-e-Kashmir Bridge to Jullas Ground participated in the event.
A high standard of discipline and sportsman spirit was shown by all the participants.
