Court rejects bail application of two in murder case

JAMMU, DEC 13: Principal Sessions Judge Reasi Kamlesh Pandita today rejected the bail application of Jagdish Singh and other allegedly involved in murder case. Principal Sessions Judge Reasi Kamlesh Pandita after hearing both the sides observed that The offence alleged to have been committed by the accused are heinous and entail punishment of death or life sentence. Unless and until all the witnesses are examined in the case, the court can not come to the conclusion that there appears no reasonable ground for believing that accused are guilty of an offence punishable with death or imprisonment for life. The net shall result of aforesaid discussion is that bail application of the applicants /accused persons deserve no concession and is accordingly rejected. JNF
