DEO reviews preparedness for Special summary revision camps

SAMBA, DEC 14: District Election Officer, Sushma Chauhan, today chaired a meeting of EROs, AEROs and booth Level Officers to review preparedness for conduct of Special Summary Revision camps in the district.
During the meeting, the DEO asked the concerned officers to put in hard efforts for success of these special camps scheduled to be organized in the district on 16the December 2018 (Sunday). She said that the aim of these camps to be held at all polling stations of the district is to ensure enrollment of all young eligible voters besides deletion of dead and duplicate electors. "Our focus is to ensure an error free and accurate electoral roll is prepared in the district", she added.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Revenue Kulbhushan Khajuria, Sub Divisional Magistrate Vijaypur Vijay Kumar, Deputy DEO Khalid Hussain, Raman Chalotra, Tehsildar Vijaypur besides other officers and BLO's of the district.
