Restoration peace with fundamental rights is only way out to end violence & anti-state terror in J&K: Bhim

16/02/2019

Jammu, Feb 15: "Everyone in the world including Big Powers have condemned the terror attack yesterday in Kashmir Valley, J&K State. That should give a clear idea to the Parliament of India that all the Members of the United Nations have expressed sympathy with India and condemned the terrorist attacks in Kashmir that has been condemned by almost every peace-loving countries in the world. This is high time that Parliament of India should take a final and conclusive decision to integrate entire State of J&K with the Union of India as was constitutionally and in accordance with the Instrument of Accession/Act of British Parliament was signed by the then Ruler of J&K. It is a petty that J&K has not been fully integrated with the rest of the country as was done on January 26, 1950 with respect of all signatory states, 575 except State of J&K. That was a blunder which should have been cured by the successive Parliaments of India. How a gunman or a terrorist who could dare import explosive of tones of weight into Indian side and explode it on the Indian Highway in a licensed vehicle in Kashmir, smashing a CRPF carrying bus into ashes on the Highway? What is the wrong? Who is the author of this wrong? What is the hesitation to fly an Indian Flag in J&K? Why Indian Penal Code is not applicable in J&K? Why Constitution of India has not been extended to J&K after its 70 years of Accession with the Union of India? These are the questions which has to be answered by Parliament of India as the successive governments of India have failed or refusedto answer these questions." This was the statement which was released by Prof.Bhim Singh to media persons in New Delhi, India.
