Army conducts lecture on prevention of cervical cancer

JAMMU, Feb 17: Army conducted a lecture on 'Prevention of Cervical Cancer' at Govt Higher Secondary School, Seri, Naushera today. Appro-ximately 85 young girls & teaching staff participated in the event enthusiastically.
The event helped in creating awareness amongst the young girls regarding causes & preventive measures regarding diseases like Cervical Cancer, which commonly occur due to ignorance or lack of knowledge. Overall, the conduct of lecture was successful and will help in fostering strong bonds between the Army and local population residing in Kalal area.
