Court rejects bail in minor's rape case

Jammu, May 13: Presiding Officer Fast Track Court Haq Nawz Zargar rejected the bail application of Ravi Rakwal allegedly involved in rape with 13 years old girl.
According to the police case that on 13.03.2018 at 9.35 a.m., complainant Bahadur Lal lodged a written report in police station Janipur, Jammu against accused Ravi Raikwal stating therein that on 09.03.2018, complainant along with her wife had gone for work and her daughter aged 13 years was alone at home, the accused entered the residential house of complainant at 5.00 p.m. and torn the clothes of her daughter, tied her and committed rape with her. The accused also threatened the prosecutrix that if she disclose this to any one, he will kill her. On this report, a case FIR No.24/2018 under section 376 RPC was registered against the accused. Court after hearing both the sides observed that the nature and seriousness of the charge, the bail application is as such rejected.JNF
