Army organises friendly volleyball match

JAMMU, June 20: Army organised a "Friendly Volleyball Match" with the youth of Surankote in Poonch district at Youth Centre. The Volleyball team of the Army unit played the exciting match with the team of local youth from Surankote town. The match was conducted to encourage the youth to improve physical fitness, develop sportsman spirit and to provide a platform to the budding talent in sports to display and enhance their potential. The initiative was appreciated by all participants and spectators. They also requested Army to hold such events on regular basis to encourage youth and to have a better connection with the Awam.
