The RTO, Jammu forwarded the same to the Transport Commissioner, J&K on 14-06-2019 and thereafter a number of biased and illegal committees are being framed by the Transport Commissioner, J&K just to shield the culprit and unnecessary harass the victim. If this all is being done in the presence of Governor & Chief justice Madam, who introduced this law, then what will be the fate of these laws in Future. The FIR no 154/2019 had also been lodged with Police Station, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu in this case. The several news papers and media houses have already carried news of biasness of Transport Commissioner and his shielding the accused but no action is being taken against the accused by the government being close associate of S P Vaid (EX DGP) and presently Transport Commissioner, J&K a press statement said.
