JAMMU, Jun 24: Taking membership campaign to every booth, win heart of every person, every section and transforming them into party's member. Stated Bharatiya Janata Party National General Secretary (Org.) Ram Lal, while he was addressing a meeting of party state office bearers, Morcha State Presidents, MLCs, former MLAs, District Incharges, District Presidents, membership campaign Incharges and co-Incharges at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar.
National General Secretary (Org.) was accompanied by party State President Ravinder Raina, State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul, Speaker & former Dy. CM Dr. Nirmal Singh, former Dy. CM Kavinder Gupta, former Minister Sat Sharma, State General Secretaries Dr. Narinder Singh, Yudhvir Sethi and State membership Incharge Jugal Dogra. Ram Lal, while addressing the meeting, focussed on making BJP as number 1 party in state. He said that in every future election, party must score seats way more than any other political party of the state. He said that every BJP activist must entirely focus on the aim with a pure motive and then every target is achievable.
Ram Lal, said that Jammu & Kashmir lives in the heart of every Indian. They are bonded by the emotional bond to the J&K state and every activity pertaining to the state bears much importance to them, he said and added that this means that there is heavier responsibility on the shoulders of party activists from the state.
Ram Lal, said that BJP is progressing with "Saarv-Saprshi and Sarv-Vyapi" approach, in which we have to extend party's reach to every section, every person and every place. This can only be ensured when there will be team of active party workers at every single booth across the region, he stressed.
Ram Lal, also threadbare explained the idea and procedure for the "Membership Campaign" and informed that it will be officially launched by honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 6th of July, on the birth of party ideologue Late Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookherjee. He also emphasized on the importance of this membership campaign on the organizational elections forming the basis of total internal democracy in the party.
Ravinder Raina, in his Presidential address, welcomed party National General Secretary for the grand win of party in the Parliament elections. He said that the party has secured this success with the guidance of senior party functionaries like Ram Lal ji and ground work by dedicated BJP activists.
