Two days training session for newly recruited officers concludes

Jammu, Aug 23: Staff Training College, J&K Grameen Bank under the Chairmanship of Sh Janak Raj Angural successfully concluded two days training session for newly recruited officers of the Bank.
Chairman, J&K Grameen Bank, Janak Raj Angural in his opening comments extended warm welcome to all the fresh appointees as officers in J&K Grameen Bank. "While addressing the trainee officers, he said you have cracked rigorous IBPS selection process, thereby, proving your competence which will be of immense help for the Bank to further its business achievements." Thereafter, he gave a brief description of J&K Grameen Bank activities, its presence in the state and its financial parameters. He said the infusion of young blood into Bank's workforce will give the Bank, the required impetus to compete successfully in today's cut throat business environment. He impressed upon them to work with utmost dedication, sincerity and loyalty for their own as well as organisational benefit.
General Manager, J&K Grameen Bank, Sh D.K. Bali also spoke on the occasion and after congratulating the trainee officers, he said that with such training sessions complimented by on-spot experience at their respective place of posting, we wish to bring the best out of them so as to prepare them for various life and career challenges that lie within as well as outside the Bank.
Principal, Staff Training College & PRO, J&K Grameen Bank, Vipan Gupta addressed the trainee officers and said the basic objective of this training programme is to acquaint our young blood with the basics of banking business so as to make them capable of handling the day to day business with finesse in the best interests of bank, its customers and its employees. He said that such sessions when made interactive do expand the horizons of our knowledge and experience in the shortest possible time.
Senior and highly knowledgeable Officers of J&K Grameen Bank like Pawan Gupta, R.S. Koul, Sahil Sharma, Komal, Geetika Arora, Priyanka Sharma, Atul Sharma, Parveen Bansal, Shubam Sharma, Tanvi Mahajan, Gagan Bangotra, Ashok Kumar, etc. delivered lectures over various topics like Customer dealing, KYC norms, AML, Cash management, NEFT/RTGS, Various lending schemes, NPA management, Digital Banking, Legal Aspects, Service Rules, Social security Schemes & Insurance Business.
