Docs, patients burn Ravana effigy symbolizing various diseases

Panchkula, Oct 7: Celebrating Dusshera in a difference way the doctors along with patients burnt an effigy of Ravana symbolizing victory over deadly diseases at Ojas Hospital, Panchkula on Monday.The ten heads of Ravana symbolizing with diseases including heart problems, cancer, blood pressure, diabetes etc were put to flames by doctors. The patients who were treated successfully for various life threatening diseases at Ojas recently including of Ayushman Bharat Yojana were also presented during occasion. Dr Harsh Gupta , CEO of Ojas Hospital said that many killer diseases in form of Ravana are on killing spree in our society . Pollution, stress and junk food are also becoming Ravana that need to be curbed.
He further said that will power, determination and faith in doctors are the 'sanjeevani' today and with the joints efforts of all the war over diseases can be won.
