as Guru Kabair Bangali are still absconding and have not been apprehended/arrested till date, so, in my considered view in case the accused, who is resident of Meerut ( U.P) will be admitted to bail, there is every possibility of his jumping over the bail and not turning up for purposes of investigation as well as facing trial of the case. Further more investigation of the case is at its infancy , release of the applicant on bail at this stage, will badly effect the investigation of the case. JNF
