Centre for Skills and Research organises Teachers training programme

SUNDERBANI, JAN 21: Centre for Skills and Research, A J&K based ISO 9001-2015 certified training and Skill Development Organisation conducted Teachers Training Programme on Pedagogy at Kalidhar Memorial Army School, Sunderbani. The event began with a transformation of teachers to students on the enrichment learning process.
Dr. Rohit Koul from Centre for Skills and Research explained five points of Emotional Quotient which being essential in dealing & interacting with students which was followed by a fun activity, Brain Games, High Order Thinking Skills.
The Importance of low Order Thinking and Comprehension to High Order Thinking of application. Analysis, Synthesis and Evaluation was briefed. A session was also taken on Multiple Intelligence followed by a few brain gym exercises which can be used in the classrooms too. Dr. Rohit Koul urged the teachers to be a full time learner and a part time teacher. The session was closed with a quote "Nobody is perfect" but, one's journey towards perfection must continue.
Principal of the school appreciated the efforts of CSR and concluded with the importance of this teacher training session to be reaped in our students (Future of Tomorrow). This interactive session closed with the Teacher's Technique on the "I'Board.
