SRINAGAR, JAN 27:District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Srinagar observed 71st Republic Day at Juvenile Observation Home Harwan. Juveniles, Para Legal Volunteers and Locals of adjoining area participated.
Speaking on occasion, Secretary District Legal Services Authority Srinagar, Adnan Sayeed, highlighted the importance of the day.
