Doda Administration starts production of 1 lac masks, 10000 Protective Gowns

DODA, MAR 25: In order to ensure the safety of general public amid Coronavirus, Doda Administration under the supervision of DDC Dr Sagar D Doifode today started the manufacturing of one lakh triple layer masks and 10000 protective gowns in the district.
The triple layer mask and protective gowns will be manufactured locally and team of officers have been directed to ensure that the task shall be completed in two days positively.Besides the decision to manufacture 500 beds including 1000 beddings for providing Infrastructure to the additional quarantine centres identified in the district for which a team of officers headed by ACR Doda has started the job on war footing for its timely completion.
Moreover DDC has directed the CAO Doda to avail the motorised spray machines which will be given to all the municipalities in addition to the already existing spray machines for extensive sanitization of the markets and streets in order to control the spread of Coronavirus Infection in the district.
DDC also constituted number of committees to effectively deal with Coronavirus.
