Under Modi's leadership, we will win this war against Pandemic: Rekha

JAMMU, MAY 18: Secretary BJP Jammu & Kashmir Rekha Mahajan said that Under PM Narendra Modi's leadership, we will win this war against Covind 19 the Pandemic. As the Lockdown 4 will be announced with more relaxations but people should not take it lightly and follow the guidelines issued by the government in their respective states. It is advisable for people to travel only when it is absolutely necessary and not to visit crowded places to limit the exposure to the virus.
Mahajan said that Resuming commercial activities is the compulsion of the government but it does not mean that we have defeated coronavirus and it's threat is over. The danger is yet looming large over us and it will be more when people will give more relaxations and venture out of their houses
We should encourage people to report symptoms on time which will help in early detection and management of cases and will improve recovery rate in the country
Physical distancing is the most potent social vaccine available to us and hence it is advisable to ensure 'Do Gaz ki Doori 'while interacting with others and to limit social gatherings by opting virtual gatherings "She said"
She emphasized on the importance of downloading the Aarogya Setu App which help in self assessment and provides surveillance of Covid -19 positive cases.
Due precautions safe handling of food can help prevent the spread of this pandemic.
She also expressed her gratitude to the services being rendered by frontline Warriors such as doctors, nurses, Angan wadi workers as well as pathologists, lab technicians, scientists, Media persons and others since the beginning of the Pandemic.
