Pledge taking ceremony held at SKPAU

UDHAMPUR, May 21: On the eve of Anti Terrorism Day, a pledge taking ceremony was held in the SKPA Udhampur in which officers and officials of the Academy participated. Mohan Lal, JKPS, SSP, AD (Outdoor/ Indoor) while speaking on the occasion, highlighted the menace of terrorism, the acts of terrorism being callous and grisly are the greatest threat to the peaceful existence of human worldwide.
While mentioning the contribution of J&K Police in combating terrorism, he said that there is urgent need for sincere contribution on the part of Police personnel to contribute on the anti terrorism front for the privilege of greater peace in the society. This is our concern to fight all form of terrorism.
At the same time this is our responsibility to protect our youths from getting lured into senseless acts of violence.
The situation demands that all police personnel henceforth should fight the menace of terrorism with greater vigour to eradicate the evils of terrorism.
In the pledge ceremony COVID-19 safety protocol was observed.
