Thieves arrested, stolen items recovered

Jammu, Oct 27: One Beena Devi w/o Vinod Singh R/o Machil Padder A/P Sari Pouni Chak lodged a written report at PP Pouni Chak that some valuable items are missing from her home.
On this, a case 217/2020 U/S 457/380 IPC got registered at P/S Domana.
During investigation of the case, several leads were taken up and connected and finally a suspect namely Ashok Singh @ Chunni S/o Kamal Singh and Ranjeet Kumar @Jeeta S/o Bachan Singh both resident of Sari Pouni Chak were arrested. During questioning, accused confessed their involvement in the said case and on their disclosure the following stolen items have been recovered including One LED TV, One Battery and one Invertor.
The arrest and recovery was made by I/C PP Pouni Chak SI Rohit Kumar Bhagat. Further investigation is going on to ascertain their involvement in any other case.
