New land law will change overall scenario of J&K: Yudhvir

JAMMU, Oct 28: This was stated by J&K BJP Vice President, Yudhvir Sethi while welcoming the Central government decisions regarding the Land laws for Jammu and Kashmir UT and said that this will provide an all time boost to the employment, health, education besides all other sectors in J&K.
Sethi said that the dreath of unemployment would end with an initiation of land laws as anyone like big corporate houses, industrialists, real estate owners would set up their related units in J&K hence would provide a huge employment opportunity for the unemployment educated youth of the UT.
"Setup of industries, multinational companies in near future would absorb all the unemployment youth of J&K and would provide them jobs," Yudhvir said and added that the erstwhile state has always be a victim of dynasty politics and they have looted it for their own 'illicit good'. He lambasted NC and PDP for misleading and using the people of J&K and Kashmir in particular for grabbing power and spreading unrest and militancy instead of development and employment.
"Dynasty politician have always favoured separatists and militancy and deprived the people. Now an era of developmental and prosperity has started and J&K will be a real crown of J&K," Yudhvir said.
The sufferings health system wou-ld also be developed and grown up to the satisfactory requirement of people since the national pharmacist companies would pave their ways in J&K, he said.
Yudhvir said that they have used the people for mere vote bank. "BJP has brought along a new dawn of development," he added.
He said that the new era of development would take flight in the UT of J&K with the new land laws wherein anyone would be allowed to buy and own land in the erstwhile State which was not possible under Article 370 which barred the development and growth of J&K for more than 70 years.
