BJP celebrates Swami Vivekananda Jayanti

JAMMU, Jan 12: J&K BJP celebrated Swami Vivekan-anada Jyanti at Viveka Nand Chowk, Jammu on the occasion of 158th Birth Annive-rsary of the great monk. Programme was organized by BJP Sanskritik Cell team under the chairmanship of Bharat Bhushan Sharma Convenor of the Cell.
J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina was the main speaker on the occasion along with Former Dy. Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta and other senior leaders who all highlighted the thinking of Swami Viveka Nand.
Ravinder Raina on the occasion highlighted the life events of the great monk and said that Swami Vivekananda is a role model for the youth of Nation and abroad. Stressing uoon the teachings and preachings of Swami Vivekananda, he stressed that his thinking remains valid today as well and will act as beacon for all those who need direction in their lives.
Kavinder Gupta said that we must all imbibe the teachings of Swami ji in our lives and promote our younger generations to follow his footsteps. Bharat Bhushan Sharma thanked everyone for participating in the event.
Other speakers on this occasion were National Council Member Priya Sethi, Rekha Mahajan Secretary, Munish Sharma Incharge All Morchas, Cell Co-Convenors Vinay Sharma & Narinder Singh.
