Bar Association Reasi decides to boycott Court of Addl Special Mobile Magistrate

REASI, Jan 13: A meeting of District Bar Association Reasi is held today on 12-01-2021 under the Chairmanship of VK Sharma Advocate President, District Bar Association Reasi and it was unanimously decided to boycott the Court of Learned Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Reasi owing to her disgruntle and obnoxious behavior towards the members of Bar Association. The members of Bar decided to boycott the said court for a considerable period of two week for the reasons stated above and the next course of action shall be decided in the general house meeting of Bar which is scheduled to be held on 25-01-2021. A copy of resolution will be forwarded to the Chief Justice of Common High Court of UT of J&K for redressing the grievances of the members of District Bar Association Reasi.
