Two Sessions Judges transferred

JAMMU, Jul 26: The Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has transferred two District & Sessions Judges.
According to the order issued by Jawad Ahmed Registrar General of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High CourtRiyaz-UI-Haq Mirza, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Shopian against the vacancy anticipated on the superannuation of the incumbent officer on 31-07-2021 and Masarat Roohi, Registrar Rules, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, is transferred and posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge,Srinagar vice Mr Riyaz-UI-Haq Mirza.
It is further ordered that transfers shall be effective from August1, 2021.
