5 vehicles involved in illegal mining seized

Jammu, Jan 16: In a quest to stern the menace of illegal mining, a multi-pronged strategy was devised by Jammu Police in which police teams of PS Jhajjar Kotli, PS Domana, PP Manwal, PP Sidhra and PP Sainik Colony acted stringently on the specific inputs and raided at different locations in their respective areas and seized 5 different vehicles involved in illegal mining. Details of the vehicles seized are as under:
1 tipper bearing Registration No JK14A 7761 by PS Jhajjar Kotli.
1 tractor trolley without Registration No by PS Domana.
1 tipper bearing Registration No JK14A 9470 by PP Manwal.
1 tipper bearing Registration No JK02BE- 0339 by PP Sidhra.
1 tractor trolley bearing Registration No Jk02BV-3067 by PP Sainik Colony.
The overall recoveries were made by SHO PS Jhajjar Kotli Inspr Devinder Singh, SHO PS Domana Inspr Mahesh Sharma, I/C PP Manwal PSI Ayub Khan, I/C PP Sidhra SI Shakil Ahmed and I/C PP Sainik Colony PSI Mohd Younis Khanday in their respective jurisdictions.
