Training on livestock diseases diagnostics conducted at SKUAST-Jammu

JAMMU, Sep 29: State Agricultural Management & Extension Training Instit-ute of Jammu (SAMETI-J) in collaboration with Divi-sion of Veterinary Physio-logy & Biochemistry, Facu-lty of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, SKUA-ST-Jammu, organized a two days training program-me from 28th-29th Sept, 2022 on "Field deployable investigative techniques for livestock health management" for Veterinary officers from Sheep Husbandry department, Jammu & Kashmir.
The training was attended by 10 participants from Sheep Husbandry departments, Jammu and Kashmir. Dr Pratiksha Raghuwanshi, Associate Professor, Division of Vety. Physiology & Biochemistry, F.V.Sc & A. H., SKUAST-J was the training coordinator. Expert lectures on various diagnostic techniques were delivered to the participants by Dr Jonali Devi, Prof and Head Division of Vety. Physiology & Bioche-mistry, Dr Anish Yadav, Prof, Division of Vety. Par-asitology, Dr Biswajit Brah-ma, Prof. Division of Lives-tock Production & Mana-gement, Dr Ankur Rastogi, Professor, Division of Ani-mal Nutrition, Dr Neelesh Sharma, Prof., Division of Vety.
