2 days training programme on “Karmayogi Police- custodians of society” commences at SKPAU

Udhampur, Jan 30: 02 days training programme on "Karmayogi Police- custodians of society" commenced today.
Mission Karmayogi is the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building which aims to create a competent civil service rooted in Indian ethos with a shared understanding of India's priorities, working in harmonization for effective and efficient public service delivery.
The idea behind the scheme is to bring about a change in attitude and skill set of government employees.
This is the 14th course being held in the Academy. The training programme is being coordinated by Master trainers Suraj Singh, Dy. SP, Asstt. Director (Trg/ R&D) SKPA and Kewal Gupta, Dy.SP (RPHQ DKR). (28) Officials of J&K Police are to be trained in 08 modules as per the workbook provided by the Capacity Building Commission. Speaking on the occasion Mr. Singh said that the course will go a long way in shaping the career of the participants in the perspective of positive attitude and to inculcate 'Seva Bhav' in dealing with general public.
He also advised participants to carry forward the spirit of feeling young in the subsequent stages of their career.
The more we become Karmayogi Policepersons, the more our Seva Shakti will manifest itself, the more positive impact we can make on society.
