Civil Defence Jammu organizes one day awareness program

JAMMU, Jan 31: A One day Awareness programme was held at Institute of Management, Public Administration & Rural Development (IMPARD) J&K, Jammu which was organized under the supervision of Dy. SP. Anita Pawar, Dy. Controller Civil Defence, Jammu.
In the said awareness program, Principals & Head Masters of various Hr. Sec. School and High Schools of Jammu district participated the awareness programme. The programme was co-ordinate by Co-coordinator Dr. Ruchi Gupta J&K IMPARD, Jammu. During the programme Awareness about the basic knowledge of First Aid, CPR, Chocking, Fire fighting, and other Emergency rescue methods were given by the Civil Defence expert.
Demonstration on the above said topics were also presented by the Civil Defence team.
During the awareness programme lectures on the topic of Disaster Management and highlighted the role and importance of Civil Defence organization was delivered by Dy. Controller Civil Defence, Jammu.
Besides others Paramjit Kumar Chief Warden, R. Vijay Magotra, Dy. Chief Warden Civil Defence Jammu, Sub. Inspector Ram Dayal Saini and Staff members of IMPARD also witnessed the said awareness programme.
