Lift not lifting

Sir,

I live in Jammu Distt. I am a senior
citizen and some cases of mine are pending in addl. distt. Court, Jammu from last 9 years. The opposite party gets date and date on different pretext. In this context I have to attend my cases and lift of Distt. Courtis not functioning and I have to go by stairs four stories which is an uphill task for me.
I request to authorities both govt and high court decide my case sooner or later but don't litigant die by going through stairs at this old age. Please do the repairs of the lift so it could lift us. May god bless all concerned for their inaction.
