Absconder evading arrest since 5 years arrested

Jammu, Mar 28: An information was received at PS Miran Sahib through reliable sources regarding one absconder namely Mohd Sadiq S/o Mohd yousaf R/o Dak Banglow Maralian Teh RS Pura Distt Jammu, who was evading his arrests since 5 years in case FIR No 42/2019 U/S 353/341/336/ 427/RPC, 4/25 Arms Act of PS Miran Sahib.
On this special police teams of PS Miran Sahib led by SDPO RS Pura Surinder Singh assisted by SHO PS Miran Sahib Inspr Zaheer Mushtaq did strenuous efforts and raided at the suspected locations in the jurisdiction of PS Miran Sahib and finally arrested the above mentioned absconder.
It is pertinent to mention that a warrant u/s 512 CrPC was issued against the said absconder by the Hon’ble Court. The said accused was finally produced before Hon’ble Add-itional Special Mobile Mag-istrate R S Pura court.
